Natalie wants something shorter because she doesn't feel good in long hair. It's not her first makeover - she had little longer hair in past and she made a ponytail and cut it and buzzed it all off and she loved it. With this experience Natalia can't wait for her makeover. Her hair is shampooed and cut very short at her nape and while her side are left to her chin. Natalia looks much better than before and she likes it at the end.
